Objetivos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Conocer lo que es la Ciencia de Datos Gen\u00f3micos y su importancia para el desarrollo de la medicina de precisi\u00f3n. 

Conocer el proceso para realizar un diagn\u00f3stico gen\u00e9tico a partir de la identificaci\u00f3n de las variaciones presentes en el ADN de un paciente. 

Conocer el formato de fichero m\u00e1s utilizado para el almacenamiento de informaci\u00f3n sobre variaciones gen\u00f3micas: el fichero VCF (Variant Call Format). 

Conocer los fundamentos de las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s utilizadas para la manipulaci\u00f3n de este tipo de ficheros: scripts de shell, consultas sobre bases de datos relacionales y consultas sobre bases de datos no relacionales. 

Manipular ficheros VCF para la identificaci\u00f3n de variaciones gen\u00e9ticas utilizando las tres tecnolog\u00edas mencionadas anteriormente.
