Automated software tests drive this incremental deployment, yet challenge the traditional verification and validation role of software tests.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During\nthis one hour talk we will guide you through the ongoing journey that the Dutch\nresearch institute TNO is taking in the area of Developer Automation,\nContinuous Testing and Quality Assurance in production. TNO is collaborating\nwith many European partners, such as the Open University and the Universitat\nPolit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia in an international activity called the TESTOMAT\nproject. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This particular lecture gives a\nbasic introduction on CI\/CD and will treat the necessary ingredients coming\nfrom the Cloud Native domain. Furthermore, the huge challenge modern software\nengineers are facing with respect to QA is treated. On the one hand AI makes\napplications are more dynamic and less predictable than before, and the other\nhand the business demand of having short release cycles.
